Ecua Builders built us a fantastic mother-in-law apartment from the ground up, starting with a completely unfinished basement. This was a major project, and they delivered beautifully. The space includes a full kitchen with gorgeous cabinets, granite countertops, an in-wall oven, and an induction range. They added a laundry area, bedroom, bathroom, and great room, along with all electrical and plumbing work.
Highlights include recessed dimmable LED lighting, plenty of GFCI and standard outlets, smoke detectors, new windows, French doors, vinyl plank flooring, a new stairwell, custom walls, drywall, finishing and painting, ventilation, and plumbing with three pumps supplying the kitchen and bathroom.
From start to finish, their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism were evident. They did an outstanding job, and I�m happy to recommend Ecua Builders without hesitation.

This was our third time working with ECUA, and once again, Rolando and his team went above and beyond. This project�a large roof-covered deck�was especially meaningful to us, and they treated it with the care and attention you'd hope for from people who genuinely take pride in their work.
From the very start, the process felt collaborative and smooth. The architect really listened to what we wanted and helped shape a design that felt both functional and beautiful. Rolando managed everything with his usual calm professionalism, keeping us informed, offering helpful suggestions, and never cutting corners.
We were equally impressed by the whole crew. The day-to-day workers were respectful, skilled, and clearly invested in doing things right. The electrician and mason both brought a level of craftsmanship that really stood out�and it shows in the finished product.
